Ozamiz City has three water supply sources
for the city's urban population: the Talibaksan Spring in Malibancao,
Clarin; the Cocok Spring in Bagacay; and the Molicay Well Pumping
Station in Molicay.
These three sources have a combined capacity
of 17.2 million liters per day.
The city's water supply system is operated by
the Misamis Occidental Water District ( MOWD ). About 75%
of the city's urban population is served by MOWD.
Rural water system consists mainly of shallow wells, deep wells and
communal faucets.
